To minimise the possibility of having to return an item, we ask that you please carefully read the information and description about the item/s you are purchasing. We are always happy to help with any questions you may have about your intended purchase.
You may return most items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange if the product was not what you ordered or is defective (however, defective articles are not shipped by us). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please note that we inspect all products for defects before shipping them and keep records of this per order to ensure our customers receive the highest level of quality and service from us. We offer quality merchandise from quality brand partners and we will of course investigate any faulty product with a view of achieving a result for our customers.
We are happy to exchange most items from our store for a different size, or even if you just are not too sure about the fit. In some instances where an alternate size cannot be found we can also offer a store credit on your customer account so that you can select something different from our store.
Due to health reasons, we are usually unable to return or exchange any underwear or swimwear articles.
