Shipping Information


 

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost depends on the weight of the items, the method of shipping chosen by you as well as the destination. 

We have one of the lowest cost shipping offers on the Internet and we very often upgrade the shipping to faster, more secure and trackable options such as FedEx, even if you chose a slower and less expensive shipping option.  If you do not want to be upgraded to a courier option, or if you wish to have your package safe dropped without a signature please let us know in the order notes. 

Please be advised that we are not liable for any lost or stolen packages if you require no signature safe drop.  In most instances the couriers will attempt delivery again, or you can make special arrangements with the courier company for an alternate time for delivery or a pickup location if you wish. 

We also offer various "free shipping" promotions on products or orders from time to time.  These options will be presented to you throughout the store and at checkout. 

 

When will my order be shipped?

We strive to ship all orders as soon as possible, with most orders being shipped within 48-72 hours.  However, due to high demand and the large volume of orders, in some cases we may not be able to ship some orders within this regular time frame.  Due to the extensive selection of styles, sizes and colors we have several warehouses and shipping centers in Canada and the USA, and shipping time depends on where we have your particular item in stock. 

Although most items are in stock at any given time, due to the multi-channel retailing we offer our customers, the inventory may be out ocassionally by a few pieces and these items bay be periodically backordered.  You will be notified of these backorders and will be given a choice of a minor delay, choosing another style, size, color, etc or getting a credit for that particular item.

If the unlikley event that we are unable to ship your order within 30 days of your payment you will be contacted and advised of the delay and we will seek your consent to either keep your order or cancel your order at that time. 

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The time it takes for your order to arrive greatly depends on the method of shipping you choose as well as the destination around the world.  Sometimes orders are stopped by your local customs or postal service before delivery and this can delay your delivery. 

We reserve the right to deliver your items to your door 14 - 21 businesss days from the date of the payment.  However, choosing a faster delivery service will get the package to you faster.  We are not responsible for any delays due to customs. 

We ask customers to contact us and make special arrangements for delivery items faster than the specified 14 - 21 business days from the date of payment.  Please contact a customer service agent PRIOR to ordering if you need a particular item faster than this specified time, as well as specify in the order NOTES if you need this item by a certain date. 

We will not refund any payments due to the order not arriving before any special events, travel departures or any other reason unless the order has taken more than the specified 21 business days.  You will be charged shipping to your location as well as back to us for packages which are refused, not picked up, or not delivered due to the wrong address being provided to us. 

 

How will my order be shipped and how will it arrive?

Your order will be shipped in a discreet white polybag, or courier packaging such as a FedEx Envelope, FedEx pak or FedEx box.  These secure polybags and other packaging types are secure, and tamper-proof and most times require the use of scissors to open.  Please be careful not to cut your new purchase.

These packages will not have our logo or company name on them, and there will be no indication of the exact contents of the parcel, although a generalised description is required by customs.  The sender's name on our packages will simply indicate our shipping center, or postal office address.  Please do not send any returns or exchanges to the address that appears on your shipments as it may not get to us.  Simply email us for return and exchange instructions or log into your account to start an exchange. 

As you have the ability to print an invoice when you order with us, and we will not charge you any extra charges, or deduct anything from your invoice, we will not include the invoice inside the package. 

 

What if my order does not arrive?

It is highly unlikely that parcels are lost in the mail, however some locations around the world are more prone to lost packages.  We highly recommend choosing a shipping option which has a tracking number to avoid package delays and loses. 

We will assist you in every way possible to locate your parcel in the unlikely event that it does not get to you.  While we cannot accept liability for any order lost in the post if one of the trackable methods is not selected, we of course will make every attempt to reach an agreement with you and may opt to replace your order or give you a store credit.

 

Note: International Duties and Taxes

 We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some countries may charge taxes and duties on certain products. 

PLEASE NOTE:

Certain countries (such as, but not limited to: Iran), require special shipping, and can only be shipped via certain couriers which are more expensive.  We may contact you for additional funds in these instaces before the pacakge is shipped.
